Community Bible Study
Matthew wrote by the power of the Holy Spirit, primarily to his fellow Jews, proving through Scripture that Jesus’s life and ministry fulfilled the Old Testament prophecies concerning the Messiah. In studying this Gospel, you can clearly hear Matthew’s message: Jesus is indeed the long-awaited Jewish Messiah, the King of kings and Lord of lords, Immanuel, God with us!
For 2024-2025, we will study the book of Matthew. We meet on Monday evening from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm, at Calvary Chapel, Mission Viejo or online Tuesday from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm (PST). Our first day of class will be September 9. Registration fees are $35 for books and supplies. Scholarships are available.
